Crepes... Any help is more than appreciated.? - seafood crepes

Pancakes for dinner, I pre pancakes, is all I filling. I just thought a spicy picadillo filling, there is a good side dish to go with them? Or fill a different ...
No fish, lamb, pork and herbs, if you wish.

Meat Pancakes

2 1 / 2 to 3 pounds beef round
1 1 / 2 c. Soup. Oil
1 1 / 2 onion, chopped
1 1 / 2 c. Tea. Salt
3 / 8 v. Tea. Pepper
1 1 / 2 c. Tea. Worcestershire sauce
1 1 / 2 c. Beef broth
3 c. Soup. Tomato Sauce
1 1 / 2 c. fresh mushrooms sliced
3 c. Soup. Flour with 3 tbsp. Water
3 / 8 wine or water C.
1 1 / 2 c. Sour cream

Brown meat in oil. Onions, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, broth and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on medium heat for 35 to 45 minutes until they are soft. Stir in mushrooms. Dissolve flour in water and the meat mixture. Cook, stirring, until thickened and begins to bubble. With wine and sour cream. Heat, but do not boil. Fill the crepes, fold and serve immediately. Fills 12 crepes.


Spinach Pancakes

1 C. milk
3 / flour 4 cups unsifted
1 teaspoon of tea. Sugar
1 teaspoon of tea. Salt
2 v. soup. Salad oil
4 eggs

Cheese sauce:

1 / 3 C. butter
1 teaspoon of tea. Salt
1 / 2tsp. dry mustard
1 1 / 2 c. (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
2 pkg. (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
6 tbsp. Butter
1 / 2 kg (2 cups) coarsely chopped mushrooms
1 / flour 3 C. unsifted
1 / 8 tsp. Pepper
2 1 / 2 c. Milk
Parsley

Watch a paste. With mixer, beat milk, flour, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons of oil. Eggs, beat until smooth. Refrigerator (covered) overnight.

For the cheese sauce, heat butter until melted take from the stove. Flour, salt, pepper and mustard. Everything smooth stir with a wooden spoon. Add milk and after stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add cheese and stir over low heat. Drain the spinach can. Glazed spinach and sauté mushrooms in butter in the pan 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Reserve 1 / 2 cup cheese sauce.

Mix remaining mushroom mixture and cheese and spinach and mix well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the crepes with butter dish, Pyrex. For each pancake filling to 1 / 2 cup. Roll each crepe and the time put in a Pyrex dish. Completely cover with foil. Heat in oven for 20 minutesTES. Remove the foil. Pour remaining sauce over. Garnish with sliced mushrooms and parsley. 6 slices bacon
1 tablespoon butter

3 tablespoons butter
1 / 4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

2 / 3 cup chicken broth
2 eggs
1 / 2 cup lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste



NOTES

Place bacon in a large, deep frying pan. Cook on medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain crumble, and set aside. Reserve about 1 tablespoon of juice, add 1 tablespoon butter and roasted mushrooms.
In a saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Whisk in 1 / 4 cup flour, stirring constantly, until a smooth dough. Formed gradually 1 cup milk, stirring constantly until thick and smooth sauce. Add bacon, mushrooms, spinach, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Simmer until it thickens slightly, about 10 minutes.
In a saucepanBring the broth to a boil. In a small bowl, mix eggs and lemon juice. Temper the egg and broth, whisking constantly to cook together, but not with scrambled eggs. (Cooking the eggs at 170 degrees F). Once again, season to taste, salt and pepper.
Fill each crepe with spinach and meat filling, roll and cover with hot sauce egg

I have always made pancakes for breakfast, so I filled mine with things like eggs and bacon or sausage. O with fruit fillings. Pie fillings, canned are good for.

I do not know if it really helps, because he has his food, but I filled it with all sorts of things is. Good luck!

Meatloaf PANCAKES

1 1 / 2 c. Mashed Potatoes
3 c. Soup. Butter, melted
1 / 4 cup milk
1 LG. Egg
1 / 2 c. Chives

Trim meat

1 onion
1 teaspoon of soup. Dripping or butter
2 roast C.
1 / 4 tsp. dried thyme
2 v. Tea. Worcestershire sauce
1 / 2 c. leftover sauce
1 / 2 c. frozen peas

Potato filling: Potatoes, butter, milk, eggs, green onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
Beef Topping: In a saucepan cook the onion in beef fat (or butter) until they are soft. Add meat, thyme, stirring, for 1 minute. Add Worcestershire sauce and salsa. Bring to a simmer. Stir in peas, salt and pepper.

2 tablespoons. Fold into quarters and stuffed potatoes with beef filling into each crepe and. Brush with butter. Bake at 400 degrees about 10-15 minutes.

For dessert, the nutella and banana hard to beat ... where the spread Nutella begins to melt on hot pancakes, so that its delicious !!!!!!! Sweet Thing Nutella is a hazelnut chocolate when they heard hadnt ;-)
